How much does it cost?

When completing registration for this event, you will be required to pay in full and will not be refunded. This will cover a sweatshirt, lodging, recreation, meals, and transportation.

FAQ'S

Here are a few other frequently asked questions you may have about the event.

What adults will be going?

We will bring an entire team of pastors, church staff, volunteers, and small group leaders who have been trained and background checked. We always try and bring about one adult for every 4-5 students.

How will we be getting there?

Our team will be contracting Maryville City Schools busses for all of our transportation to and from Eagle Rock. Our bus drivers are trained, licensed, and insured by their company.

What will housing be like at this event?

We will be staying with Eagle Rock Retreat Center. The retreat center will host us in their bunk houses with a separate bed for each student and private bathrooms and showers.

What will we be eating?

Eagle Rock will be accommodating all meals for the retreat. As always, we do encourage students to bring snacks and let us know if they have any major allergy restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate them.

Will there be scholarships?

Unfortunately, Foothills Church cannot provide scholarships. But, it is so easy to raise the money. If you need help with ideas on fundraising, email us at

Are there refunds for this event?

Once you register, you are responsible for paying the entire balance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or allow any cancellations this year unless the event is canceled altogether. You may transfer your spot to someone else with the approval of Foothills Church.
