Are you ready to grow as a follower of Jesus this summer? Here at Foothills Church, our Small Groups take a break during the summer, so we offer several Bible studies that meet in both Maryville and Knoxville for people to continue to grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ. From a prison cell, Paul wrote to the Philippians concerning unity, joy and contentment. The study of this letter, led by Victoria Knight, will be an opportunity to experience God through his word and in a supportive community of women. Come be encouraged and equipped by taking a deep dive into the book of Philippians!

During this summer bible study, Pastor Trey will be teaching how to live out your faith and sharing your faith as a disciple of Jesus while giving tools to help students grow in their faith. We will be taking a deep dive into the gospels and specifically look at how Jesus modeled this throughout his ministry.

In a culture increasingly indifferent or even hostile to Christian truth, followers of Christ need to be equipped to communicate with those who do not speak their language or accept their source of authority. Based on the strategies described in the classic book of Christian apologetics, Pastor Taylor will help us dig deeper into how to artfully communicate the truths of Christianity and keep conversations moving forward in constructive ways.
