Open to all, 11th grade and above. Join us as we partner with IMB missionaries to make Jesus known through free English lessons, international parties, and university campus outreaches. Come tell the Good News to someone who has never heard!

Who? Partnering with iGoGlobal and working alongside IMB missionaries in Fukuoka. igoglobal.org/japan

What? English lessons, international parties, outreach on local college campuses.

Cost: TBD but roughly $3700 (all-inclusive: meals, lodging, airfare, training, in-country transportation, travel insurance, etc., everything but souvenirs). We provide a fundraising guide upon acceptance.

Housing: A local church, hotel, or Airbnb in Fukuoka City. WiFi available, pillows/linens/towels included.

Pre-Trip Training Dates:
Basecamp training days - coming soon (required for all summer mission teams, held a couple of months before the trip; dates emailed once finalized)
Final Team Meeting - June 27, 2027 @ 6pm

Next Steps: Fill out a pre-application HERE. Once approved by our team, you'll be emailed a separate application for iGoGlobal, who will handle all information, final approval, and financial requirements (in conjunction with the IMB). Application deadline: January 31, 2027. Background checks required for all adults. Put training dates on your calendar.

Is the area safe? Yes. Mission teams have been traveling to this area of Japan for many years with no safety issues.
What about transportation? Our team will travel together using public transportation. Team members need transportation to and from McGhee Tyson Airport.
What’s included in the fee? All food, airfare, lodging.
Will I need more money? You should take some money for souvenirs, snacks/drinks. You can exchange money in the airport when we arrive.
What should I bring? A packing list will be provided during the pre-trip meeting.
