FC Deacon Ministry

What We Do

FC Deacons are men and women who are committed FC partners and are called by God after they are affirmed by church elders after a time of spiritual preparation to serve the people of FC through prayer, personal care and hospitality as they walk through sickness, hurting and loss.

What You Can Do

  • Pray for FC Deacons as they care for the people of our church and encourage the sick and hurting among us.
  • Commit to pray for God to raise up people who are called to serve in the FC Deacon ministry.

International Mission Board Medical Missions

What They Do

International Mission Board (IMB) medical missions is the healthcare missionary arm of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC). Teams serve around the globe to share the gospel and meet physical needs.

What We Do

FC partners with IMB medical missions because it is the medical missionary force for the SBC.

What You Can Do

  • Pray for medical missionary teams around the globe.
  • Raise awareness of the need for medical professionals to serve short and long-term with IMB medical missionary teams and donate to this ministry.
  • Commit to find your place to serve short or long-term with IMB medical missionaries on the field and begin next steps to do so.

Samaritan’s Purse World Medical Mission

What They Do

World Medical Mission places Christian physicians, dentists, and other medical professionals on short-term volunteer service assignments at mission hospitals and clinics in Africa, Asia, Oceania, Latin America and the Middle East.

What We Do

FC affirms World Medical Mission because it is the medical mission team for Samaritan’s Purse.

What You Can Do

  • Raise awareness of the need for medical professionals to serve short and long-term with World Medical Mission teams and donate to this ministry.
