Creative Project Manager

One Sentence Job Description: Manage various projects for the Creative Team.


The Win

  • The win for the Creative Project Manager would be to partner with each member of the Creative Team and aid in the execution of various projects. This role takes ownership of the necessary administrative and organizational needs to help the Creative Team stay organized, stay ahead, and stick to the process.

Responsibilities

  • Help the Creative Director to manage timelines for projects from ideation through completion.
  • This entails sermon series, graphics, videos, Foothills Collective releases, and other ministry requests.
  • Facilitate, communicate, and serve as liaison with internal departments, external organizations and external contacts regarding creative projects and requests - video shoots, interviews, etc.
  • Manage and track creative team budget.
  • Create schedules and project timelines.
  • Maintain an organized infrastructure of files, tasks, and digital assets with the Creative Team.
  • Attend and take notes in various meetings led by the Creative Team.
  • Coordinate the on-boarding, appreciation, and training workflow in Planning Center People for the Creative Team and volunteer team.
  • Assist the Creative Director in scheduling talent, venues, and timelines for creative projects.
  • Assist the Creative Director with various projects and needs.

  • Able to keep an organized calendar and plan months in advance.
