Go and make Disciples.
Invest in the 2020 vision.
In 2009, it all started with a vision. Today, we carry that vision onward by developing mature disciples of Christ in relational environments. We pray that you join us in the latest chapter as we aim to multiply disciples, campuses and resources to take the Gospel to our city, region and the nations. The Vision Fund is specifically dedicated to this journey, as we multiply disciples, campuses, and resources for the sake of Christ.
Second FC Campus
We believe God commands us to spread the Gospel to the lost and hurting in our community and across the globe. The most effective way to do that is by planting local churches that develop mature disciples of Christ in relational environments. So, by 2020, it is our vision to plant a second FC campus in the Bearden area.
As we continue to multiply resources at FC, we must continue investing in resources for people to experience the hope of Jesus. This means designing a biblically-based counseling center in Blount County. Each week, dozens of people contact Foothills Church seeking counseling – this resource would help meet the needs of our community for years to come.
Reimagined Kids Area
We believe The Next Generation Matters. So, as part of our initial efforts to continue multiplying disciples through the 2020 Vision, we are committed to creating spaces that engage and connect the next generation to the Gospel. We’ve partnered with a leading architectural firm to reimagine our FC Kids space and West building to achieve this. Meanwhile, we continue to pour into resources that develop mature disciples of Christ in relational environments. In the next two years, our vision is to see 1,000 people attend Basecamp and be baptized. We also want to see 100 people attend and complete the FC School of Ministry.
